in the beginning

the first night. all five of us arrived at the airport together, loaded up our action packers full of all the stuff we thought we were going to need for the next two years and went through customs. we were a little scared, but it was all fine. we were bombarded with smells, sights and sounds. we did arrive at the International Airport and yet this place was smaller and way low tech than Tyler. there were lots of welcoming faces at then end of the arrival ramp. all i can say it that it was overwhelming and only continued when we went outside and it was so Hot, even in October and the air was super thick with pollution.
